Robert Ostrom is the author of four books of poetry. His most recent book, The Bear Wrestler, was published by Saturnalia Books in March 2025. His work has appeared in The Bennington Review, The Boston Review, Lana Turner and elsewhere. A professor of English at the City University of New York, Ostrom lives in Queens with his partner and two children.
