Matthew Carey Salyer is the author of two full-length collections, Ravage & Snare (2019) and Probation (2025), as well as two pamphlets, lambkin (2020) and inis (forthcoming). He has been a finalist or semifinalist for the Iowa Review Prize, Michael Waters Prize, Brittingham and Felix Pollak Prizes in Poetry, and others. His work appears in numerous journals including Narrative, Southword, The Common, Hunger Mountain, Beloit Poetry Journal, and others. He lives in the Bronx.
