Book Fairies Book Swap
Be first to the Fair on Saturday morning and stop by our vintage VW Book Bus to pick up a free book from Book Fairies. Bring a gently used book with you to trade. You can also pose for a photo with our storybook character, and check out the shiny new 2025 VW ID Buzz Electric Bus that will be parked nearby. After you get your book, head to storytime!

Get Up & Dance with Adriana Devers!
¡Todos a bailar! Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a movement-filled storytime with author Adriana Devers. She’ll read us her new bilingual picture book, Let’s Get Up and Dance, about celebrating cultural heritage. We’ll learn some words in Spanish, and at the end, learn to dance the merengue!

Graphic Novel Creation Station
Artist and illustrator Jay White leads this all-day, hands-on activity where you can learn how to draft and design your own graphic novel. Templates will be available, along with a bowl of prompts to inspire young writers and artists. Jay is there to offer guidance, encouragement, and expertise. Come and go as you please!
