Elizabeth Tracy is a science journalist and children's author who loves real-life inspiring stories, especially when they feature empowered women and girls. She has published articles in Cricket Media’s award-winning science magazines ASK and MUSE. Her debut picture book, MYSTERY DRIVER: THE STORY OF ALICE JOHNSON AND THE FIRST SOAP BOX DERBY (MIT Kids/Candlewick Press), was an Amazon #1 New Release and a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection. Elizabeth holds advanced degrees from MIT and the London Business School. She divides her time between New York City and the scenic Hudson Valley.
